12/14/2010 - Woman Wins $50K During Sunday Football Game!

Airway Heights, Wash. – For Christin Raugust, being a football fan and a member of Northern Quest’s player’s club had its reward this Fall! Christin won $50,000, courtesy of Northern Quest Resort & Casino, and paid for by Odds On Promotions, during a football promotion coordinated by Coast to Coast Casino Promotions. Created to drive traffic on Sundays during the NFL Season, Northern Quest gave their player’s club members the chance to win $50,000 if the designated “home team” returned the opening or halftime kickoff for a touchdown. According to Dan Matson, Northern Quest’s Promotions & Events Coordinator, Christin was on the gaming floor playing slot machines when Leon Washington of the Seattle Seahawks ran back the second-half kickoff for a touchdown. Christin didn't realize she'd won until the announcement was made, at which time she ran into The Q Sports Bar where she was welcomed with cheers and applause! According to Matson, “This promotion has always been a huge success at Northern Quest Resort & Casino and working with Coast to Coast Casino Promotions and Odds On Promotions has always been effortless.” (This is Northern Quest's third big winner in three years!)

5/17/10 - Football FanFest!

Boise, Idaho - Thanks to deep dish pizza and country music, a lucky fan at Boise State’s annual Blue and Orange Spring football game got the chance to win $104,000 in a target toss promotion insured by Odds On Promotions. The giant-prize football toss was part of a larger Spring FanFest; in addition to getting the chance to win the big bucks, fans could check out video highlights, player autograph stations, and get their picture taken with the Fiesta Bowl trophy. To get a shot at the $104,000 insured prize, fans first needed to visit a Chicago Connection pizza restaurant to sign up. Then a few days before the game, four semi-finalists were selected from all of the entry forms, with an additional semi-finalist selected at the Spring FanFest from entries collected at the WOW 104.3 booth.

4/15/10 - Baseball FanFest Promotion a Big Hit

Baseball fans attending TwinsFest got the chance to win season tickets, paid for by Odds On Promotions, in a “Crack the Code” contest sponsored by a local sports radio station. 3/10/10 - Great Balls of Fundraiser

The people of American Samoa are a giant step closer to the dream of having their first community swimming pool thanks to the Rotary Club’s 6th Annual Golf Tournament & $50,000 Golf Ball Drop. Contestants in the golf ball drop purchase one of 1000 numbered golf balls which were dropped from a bucket truck onto a target “hole”. If any of the five numbered balls falling closest to the hole matched a preselected lucky golf ball number, the “owner” would take home $50,000, paid for by Odds On Promotions. While there wasn’t a $50,000 winner this year, three lucky ball-buyers still received some fantastic prizes like $250, $500 and a round-trip ticket to Honolulu. 2/18/10 - Grad Student Scores $10,000

2/10/10 - Million Dollar Race

This January during the eighth annual running of the Sunshine Millions™ – one of thoroughbred racing’s richest and most exciting events – Gulfstream Park gave race fans an added incentive to play in their casino. Between Noon and 9pm, Gulfstream randomly selected a player and gave them the chance to win $1,000,000 in a Lucky Envelopes game. If the lucky contestant selected a winning combination of three envelopes, they’d win the dough and Odds On would pick up the tab! Floor Show Furniture and Flooring in Dubuque, IA offered customers a chance to get a full rebate, paid for by Odds On, on purchases made during the promotional period lasting until Dec. 21st if it snows 2" or more on New Year's Day.

For lucky casino players, money really does fall from trees in Odds On Promotions' newest Swipe, Play & Win kiosk promotion "Money Tree". Players simply swipe their club card or bar-coded coupon at the touchscreen kiosk to activate the game, then choose a "lucky bill" from the Money Tree. The casino gave members of a live studio audience the chance to win cash and prizes in a survivor-themed game show called "Sole Survivor", a nod to the popular TV series.
