Student Wins $5,000 in Home Opener

Congratulations to Gavin Wood of London, Ontario, who recently won $5,000 towards his college tuition, paid for by Odds On Promotions, after winning a Pass, Punt and Kick football promotion during the home opener of the Waterloo Warriors.
 
Wood, who learned about the promotion on social media, got the chance to win the prize after his scanned gameday ticket was randomly selected to participate in the contest.
 
The full-time student, who plays hockey for Waterloo, started his winning series of plays behind the end zone. His pass got him to the 35-yard line, which he followed with a massive punt that took him to the opposite 20-yard line, where he successfully made a field goal, winning the $5,000 prize.
 
The Waterloo Warriors will be running their promotion at home games through the end of the season.
